Entered Assessments not showing in search results
The Client Detailed Report and other "data" reports include only assessments with a 'Completed' status. If you have entered assessments but they are not showing up in reports from the search page it may be because the assessments are still in 'Pending' status. Assessment status is indicated in two places when an assessment is open (on the screen), at the top of the page and in the menu to the left of the page. On the menu 'Pending' status is indicated by a red exclamation point in a red circle. 'Completed' status is indicated by a black check mark. To move an assessment from 'Pending' to 'Completed' requires you scroll through the review page, complete the data fields at the bottom of the page and submit the information (for a second time).
