You will receive this error if your web browser is not accepting cookies. To correct this error, you will need to enable cookies in your web browser. follow these steps:

Internet Explorer 5

  1. On the menu bar, click "Tools" then "Internet Options"
     

     
  2. Click the "Security" tab at the top, then click "Custom Level" at the bottom.  
  3. Scroll to the "Cookies" section, select then click "Enable" in both places, then click "OK" at the bottom.  

 

Internet Explorer 6

  1. On the menu bar, click "Tools" then "Internet Options"
     

     
  2. Click the "Privacy" tab at the top, then move the slider bar on the left to "Medium", "Low", or "Accept All Cookies". Then click "OK" at the bottom.
     

 

Netscape 4.x

  1. On the menu bar, click "Edit" then "Preferences"
     

     
  2. Click the "Advanced" category on the left. Under "Cookies" select "Accept all cookies" or "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server". Then click "OK" at the bottom.
